Apex to the Nytro...

Thinking about switching from the Apex to the Nytro. My son and I were up in the UP and although the Apex has great top-end speed, the Nytro was more fun off trail boon-docking jumping, and carving. Is the only answer to get the top end of an Apex out of a Nytro is to boost it? Is there a less expensive set of mods for the Nytro to get it to compete with the 4-banger's top end?

I get 104 out of my Nytro. Plenty of fast for me. Only did a helix change and I get beter mileage too

I look at my nytro as a glorified 600. Not gonna have huge top end.

I'm not sure about top end...but with the mods listed in my sig..I can pretty much destroy an Apex/Attack in 1000'...I have yet to get on a stretch to see exactly what my top end is...but don't really care any more, this thing is soooo horney to 100mph I can't wipe the grin off my face. I think if I geared up I'd run 110mph easy ( and not speedo speeds, radar )

Top speed is over rated for boondocking unless you live on a lake.
