Apex windshield choices

I have a 2009 Apex with the stock short windshield. While I love the graphics, it sure rides cold. Could anyone share what they have done with their windshields? I don't want to get into the tall ones they offer. I'm looking at the "blue shard" Designer Series (not "fire on snow") but I don't see specs that tell me what size it is. Don't want to end up with one the same size as what I have.

Worse case is I'm thinking about going with the 14-1/4 medium size, but the graphics aren't there.

Any thoughts?
