I stripped my sled down and found a bad exhaust donut and I didn't catch it in time before my Y pipe also got ruined. I found a used one in the classifieds which is shipping to me this week but now I have one question.
To get the Y pipe out of the sled Do i have to drill out the rivets or does it come out through the tunnel?
Thanks,
Mike

Through the tunnel, no need to drill out the rivits. You will have to remove the muffler.

Do I need to take the back bolts of the suspension out and drop the suspension and track or will it come out without doing that?

Its easier if you drop the skid. just put 2 ratchet straps btween the rear mount and the front W arm to hold it in place let it pivot down and putting it back just lower the sled onto it and bolt it up. Lining up the rear pipe is much easier to get the exhaust back together.

I noticed my sled was louder than my dad's (who has the same sled) then it started backfiring when i would let off the throttle.
