1.Looked at tuner skis on the new Nytro & totally different set up at spindle than my 2007 Attak stock skis but Nytro spindles are different compared to 2007 Attak. What hardware do I need to buy to install tuner skis to replace 2007 Attak stock skis?
3.My stock skis are shimmed.
2. What carbide set up is best for northern WI Twistys with 108 studs down the center to give me better handling than stock skis with 8 inch Bergstroms & ski savers?
4. I'm not unhappy with handling of stock skis with 8 inch Bergstroms & ski savers just looking for less steering effort.I don't want to dart or push in corners Bergstroms cleared that up for me.

Any advise is appreciated.

White, Tuner ski's bolted directly on my 2010 Apex LTX GT, I am running 4 in and 4 in and have 188 pics down the middle. Guys on here say it is the best $ spent on upgrades for non power steering 4 strokes. Most ads say direct replacemnt ski for all Yamaha 2003 and newer. I have not tested on my sled yet as I just put them on this fall. :4STroke:

I got to test these skis last year up in Labrador City mid March, they came in to the dealer just in time.... the snow is much more different then it is here (Ontario/UP), it flelt like it was sugar powder but the sled handled much better, far less darting as well. I would not say it "railed" but it held up good. I had stock skis with Cobra Heads before.

Anybody have how to videos or pictures of swapping out tuners for stock Apex skis? Kind of difficult to understand when can only see tuners on Nytro which is totally different set up & ski hardware?

It's just one bolt holding the skies on. can't be any simpler then that to switch out.

I know for sure not that way on Nytro bunch of spacers & bushings are necessary for Nytro. Is the tuner ski for the Nytro & Apex the same ski?

Did the math last night from YMC website & skis $140 a pair not bad. Then did math on 4ea carbides or wearbars & at least $200-$240 a season for YMC carbides so thinking I can get 2ea 8" Bergstroms & ski savers for $150 -$200 that last 4000 miles so the YMC tuner ski system ROI is weak for me. 2 dealers I talked to are charging MSRP so on the fence & need to get off since snowing in the northwoods.
