You can get Cat rail extensions that will bring a 121 skid to 136". You can also find 136" Cat skids from time to time, but I don't see many. They don't seem to go for any more money than the 121" skids though.

Good stuff guys, I was this close to having a 99 ZR skid on ebay tonight, got outbid at the last second...literally!! I will keep looking..I already checked out the rail extensions at Tracks USA...maybe even go with the larger wheels eh?!
