attack clutching, origanal heel clicker

just picked up a set of heel clickers cheap on ebay. didnt come with any springs, do i need the yellow HC secondary spring? it says i need the white hs primary spring? any of you guys have any success with these Heel clickers?
Can some one set me up on a setup that will get me close.
I tried the weights the way they were set when i got them. and it jumps to like 10,900 and drops to about 10,300 and holds. then i took 2 washers out of the shoulder and it jumps to 10,200 and holds.....

the largest ss bolts with t nuts in the center and tip with no washers and like 6 small washers with the small ss bolt in the shoulder.

what is the target rpms for the attacks?

I tried the yellow secondary on my RX1 and my Attak and it slips mid way up the primary, thin black streaks. I have found that the silver at 6-3 works best for me. I use HC black primary spring with two washers on the shoulder and nothing on the arm and I ground 1 gram off from the tip. I hold 10900 all the way to the top.

Turk, I run 38-20 two speed, is his the same or is it 38-10?

the 38/10,s are way different. What heelclickers are you running. Are these the original 40/10 1 piece weights?
