Lower left down by the footwell. There are 4 relays there. The one that controls the fuel pump on my '06 Attak is second one from inside but I have heard it can be different on different sleds. If your fuel pump relay is working you can feel it "click" when you touch it and turn the key on. I personally have never had one freeze but I carry a spare just in case
