I'm getting my shocks back tonight, revalved with more dampning on both ends in the Ohlins rear. Any opinions on where to set the spring? Or is the Yammi spring setting chart on the money?
I weigh 165-170 lbs without gear, spring is the stock one.
Thanks

Use the preload adjustment for the "sag" when you sit on the sled, like they said above "40-45mm"
Don't adjust it to change the ride. That's what the valving is for.

I put 5.4 spring in place of 4.8 and love it. Set spring length at 280mm with shock out. Made sled more stable all around and only bottoms on big stuff. With more rebound in your shock it should be good for you if you ride hard in the big bumps too. I'm your weight.
