I have to take off my seat to have a little repair work done, anyone taken theirs off? Any tips on the best way to go about removing it. Thanks

Pretty straightforward.... remove the exhaust covers and rear plastics, then undo the two 10 mm (i think) bolts and walla.....

The two nuts on the J bolts are overtightened from the factory. Try and support the brakets on the muffler shroud with some chanel locks as you losen them or the brakets will bend and possibly crack.
