Attak vs. Renegade

This is a no brainer. For what most of us use a sled for(90% trail riding) the Attak is fair superior. For Off trail in deep snow the Gade is marginally better but in that application neither really shines, you need a mountain ride. Just my opinion, and I could be wrong.

the gade is more than marginally better. heck, my 121" pro x with a ripsaw is better than my attak off trail!

That's not the case. It's still much better than a 121 and the gade is only marginally better. If you're looking for a true powder hound hybrid then the Switchback imo would be best. Gade and Attak are both awesome trail sleds but aren't the strongest off trail. And that even is subject to each persons definition of "off trail."

with the same rider in the same conditions i have ran both my attak and my pro x and the pro x does better in the powder! not a lot, but it is better. dont get me wrong, i love my attak. but it sucks #*$&@ in the powder. sure it carves great on flatlands, but you cant sidehill it to save your life and it trenches horrible! and the gade has a 16" wide track and works very good off trail, not as good as a switchback or a crossfire, but its a LOT better than the attak. my choice for a trail sled would definatly be the attak.
