Cherokee Co. Fair will have the: (Cherokee, Ia)
ATV EXTRAVAGANZA
Sunday, July 9, 2006
South End of Fairgrounds
Registration: 10 am to 12:30 pm - Activities begin at 1 pm
Events: 1) Mud Drag 2) Wheelie Contest
2) ATV Pull 3) Obstacle Course
$5.00 per event or $15.00 for all events
Rules:
1) Helmets must be worn at ALL times.
2) ATV’s must remain in the pit until start of events
3) All participants must sign a liability waiver. Participant must be at least 16 years old-parents must sign waiver and be present at all events.
4) NO dirt bikes or motorcycles
5) No ATV modifications between events (tires, engines, etc)
6) Unnecessary ATV horseplay will result in disqualification from all events and removal from the premises.
7) Unload ATV’s at south end of fairgrounds. Provide your own unloading device.
After registration, you may not leave the premises, and once events are finished, ATV’s must be promptly loaded.
9) All prize money will be awarded AFTER the completion of ALL four events.
10) Damaged or lost property is not the responsibility of the Cherokee County Fair Board.
11) Rules for individual events will be posted the day of extravaganza.
12) All judges decisions are final!
13) Limit of 2 riders registering on one ATV.
Prizes:
Each event will have one winner earning $10 plus a trophy.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize will be awarded overall of all four events with cash prizes of $100, $50, and $25 plus a trophy.

I went last year with the grizzly and won the Mud Drags and got second place over all, great event alot of people there to watch and good people to hang with for the day. 2WD and 4WD have there own classes, so bring the sport quads too!!!!
