I got back from wyoming last night. The 2" track worked great(I ended up trimming the notches a little before I left).

I had searched the site and the mountain guys are running 160 mains with the filters so i left my jetting alone. When i got to the togetee lodge I could barely get the sled out of the trailer it was so rich(around 6000 feet,I ended up dropping the needles all the way(2 clips) and it was much better. Also the first day I struggled with the carb heat it was getting the carbs so warm that every time id shut the sled off it would barely restart. At the end of the first day I bought a fuel shut off from the sled rental accross the street from parking lot and installed it in the carb heat coolant line and shut it off, much better running after that.

The last pic is about 15 miles from parking lot it wasnt looking good

Wy trip

Nice pics, thanks for sharing. I would love to go out there some day but I am worried that I would never enjoy flat land riding again.
Nice jump!

polarisconvert your right I went out there twice this year now trail riding is boring so I snow checked a 07 mtn sled and plan on making alot of trips next year!

I was just at Mt Rushmore and Jewel Cave a couple months ago! Both are really cool.

Aaron

redrx1 they are just renting polaris and artic cat,s.I was searching the net before I went .I would have loved to rent a apex mountain, but didnt find any yamaha rentals any where out there. It was 162.00 a day for the 600 polaris and only a little more for the m7 but the mechanic i got the fuel shutoff from said that they had the best luck with the 600 polaris.

Aaron did you take the longer tour in the cave?I got some paperwork from jewel cave and they have a four hour tour in the summer. We only got to do the 20 minute tour ,a few guys in our group had to be back to michigan.
