Looking for info on two inch higher riser. Utopia would have a 6-8 inch adjustable riser. Will that work or do I have to extend cables? Thanks

I have the powermadd adjustable 5”-8”. Fits fine with stock cables. Much better than stock.

Being 6' 1" I feel like a bear riding a bike when I stand..lol
I often stand when trail riding especially after a few 100kms since I have a bad back
