I'm having a bit of an issue with my front end - I turned new oilite bulkhead bushings and Aluminum A-Arm pins this summer on the lathe. When I assembled the sled, everything was really tight, much tighter than stock.
My problem now is that I have excessive play in the barkbuster spindles due to the small amount of play left in the bulkhead bushings. I can rotate/twist the spindles forward and back maybe 15 degrees when the skis are off the ground.
Have any of you guys had any issue with the design of the Barkbuster front end? It seems like the design significantly amplifies any slop in the bulkhead bushings. I'm wondering if the problem i'm having is something i've created, or is just a common thing.

Mine are the same, it's frustrating, but I think it's more a factor of the bulkhead design and not so much the barkbusters. I wish the Apex had A-arms like the Nytro.
