Just make darn sure you get the breather tube on the bottom hooked back up properly!! It's kind of a pain to get the clip back on..Other than that no big deal..

i 2nd that about the tube. what a pain. but the rest is easy as could be for sure.

Also ensure that when you put the airbox back on, that the carb boots are seated fully. I have found that you need to loosen up the clamp screws a good amount to get proper seating when you put the box back on.

There appears to be 3 tubes coming out of the airbox. 1 thicker one and two smaller ones. The third tube must have come out when i moved the box to get at the battery, does anyone know if all 3 get connected. I can't seem to find where the 3rd one connects too???

There is one near the front of the airbox that is just a vent tube, it does not connect to anything. Ensure it hangs down straight so mositure can escape as necessary.
