BD extreme 2 wheel kit

Can I run this two wheel kit and still use factory track adjusters and factory wheels? Sled is a 2006 162 Apex. Is this kit an okay kit or junk. I can get it for 45 bucks. I would post a pic but I can't figure it out. It has the center main axle, two bushings I assume go on over the axle after the wheels are on, two bolts and washers for the outside.

Hard to say but it looks like enough room for the track adjusters
