Thanks for the suggestion on getting the sled down the hill when the track was seized! Got it home and all apart. The bearing behind the driven clutch is shot-what parts am I going to need other then that one bearing and what is the best way to get that shaft out safely? Thanks in advance! Everyone on here is awesome!!

If you want to take the shaft out, the chaincase needs to come apart. Brakes first, then rotor, then the sleeve (torx wrench), then all the bolts on the front of the chaincase, then pop off the chaincase front (not the back -- leave it), then you need to loosen the chain tensioner off all the way, top and bottom sprockets (there's a special tool to hold the top shaft when taking off the nut holding on the sprocket, an adjustable wrench from inside the tunnel will hold the bottom shaft). When that is all off, the shaft should be free.
Its a BIG job taking the shaft off. If you can, I recommend that you try to get the bearing races off withOUT removing the shaft. May require some creative engineering.
As for parts you will need... depends on what updates have been done on it previously... you said in the other thread that its an '03 -- in '04 they updated the bearing collar to one with a big nut on it in order to keep the bearing secured to the shaft. This is a very good upgrade to do.
Bearing part number:93306-20650-00
Collar part number:8FA-17645-10-00
Nut part number:8FA-17642-00-00
The nut holds the collar.
Be sure to inspect the shaft! If the shaft is damaged in ANY WAY, replace it!
