hey guys got my buddy's nytro mtx in my shop changing jackshaft/driveshaft bearings just wondering if there is any tips on getting the driveshaft outer bearing(in the case) out. And also any tips on getting the jackshaft bearing out that's in the bulkhead. Thanks and keep up the good work

Great timing! I'm getting ready to do the same job to my 08 nytro also.
So, I am also looking for any advice any one has.
In addition to replacing all 6 bearings (I bought the All Balls brand bearing replacement kits) I'm going to install a new challenger extreme track.
Going to tear into it tonite after work hopefully. I'll keep the updates coming.
Sled has a Push Turbo 180 kit on it and a arctic cat 162 skid.
Cheers

I just replaced all the brgs on my mtn nytro. I used a heel bar to wiggle out the brg out. It took a bit thou, it will come. For the brgs that are in the bulkhead, use long steel tube had in the junk pile. Tapped on it till came out.

Replaced the drive shaft clutch side bearing. It needed it and was pretty easy to do.
Then replaced the drive shaft bearing in the bulkhead. Fairly easy to do but the old bearing was probably good.
Left the drive shaft bearing in the chain case cover alone. Looked like it was in good shape and would be a bitch to get out and replace.
Replaced the jack shaft bearing in the chain case. Total bitch to do and probably didn't need to do it. Pulled the seal on the clutch side jack shaft bearing and regressed it. Left the bulkhead chain case side bearing alone on the jack shaft.
Put the chain case back together and got an extra washer. Any ideas on where it goes? 12 mm wrench for scale.

That collar goes on the jack shaft outside of the chain case and inside the brake rotor.
