I'm running 05 clutching in my sled RX-1 Mnt
8bu-10 /13.9 both holes steel
14.5 rollers
O-P-O 30X3.25
White 70 on secondary.
0-1000 elevation
When I'm coming to a stop my belt chirps a little. I did a search and found out I should clean my clutches and use green scotch pad to scuff the surface. I did this and still had the chrip. After looking at the specs of where the belt should sit in the secondary I bought a new belt as the old one has some miles and was out od spec. Broken in new belt today rode 50 km easy never pinned the sled from a stop. I gradually increased speed and RPM throughout the ride. I reached max rpm at the end but not from a dead stop just gradually. Get back to the house and the belt still chirps. The new belt is within specs for the secondary and is a stock Yamaha belt. Seems to chrip more on the stand but it could be the fact that I'm not wearing a helmet and hearing it more. Any ideas? I'm getting a new 1.5 crossover track
on Friday and having the dealer install it I'll inquire with them about the belt chirping also.

Yer belt's too tight.
You need to adjust the secondary width by removing a washer from each of the little bolts on the back side if it.
