Not sure I understand what that tool is doing to the secondary and how it mounts. Do you have a pic of it installed on your sled?

I'm guessing that silver piece installs on the secondary, and when you want to use it, you thread the gold colored crank into one of the holes until it pushes the secondary open.

yep that's exactly how it works. very simple to use .

Does anyone make a belt deflection adjust tool like the one OSP has for the Vipers?

Another option is to use a rubber strap wrench. You wrap the rubber wrench around the tower on the secondary and you can then apply enough torque with the handle to rotate and open the secondary up.
