Just grab the belt with your left hand. Give it a nice jerk upwards. Don't let go. With all of the slack pulled out of the belt, use 2 fingers on your right hand and push down and towards the rear of the sled starting at 1 o'clock on the secondary. As you push the belt down and back the secondary will rotate itself open.
While it's open pull the belt over the secondary and off it goes. 3 seconds zero tools.

This is where I got mine and I love it (you would get the "Vector" tool.) Unfortunately it's currently out of stock here. Pretty cheap solution, there may be others available out there of similar design.
I have that same tool on my 06 Rage. It work great
