I know there are many methods to ease belt removal by opening the secondary. However I bought a tool from one of the online suppliers that worked to adjust the belt tension and could be used to open the secondary, similar to the jack screw on a Polaris. Went bye-bye on my '06 Apex and would like to replace tool for my new sled. Can't find the vendor or the part. Anyone? Tks

I just recently bought one from CB Performance. They are listed down in the bottom of the business section on here, was inexpensive also.

Rich Motorsports is often out of them, but he canorder them if you call him. I just picked up two of them this fall from him,. It took about 3 weeks for him to order up a few more into stock, but they did wqrrive shortly and I then got them fast.

do you have a link to the page or part number? CB has a huge site and selection

We have them in stock....$25.00 shipped lower 48 and $30.00 to Canada

Does anyone have the instructions for these tools. I can't find mine and I took the secondary off to do some work and I have a pile of shims and washers and I'm not positive on how they go back together.
