Belt storage under motor

Is there any issue with keeping my spare belt in the belly pan underneath my motor?
Looks like a good spot, I would zip tie it in place.

Never mind, after more thought I think will be too dirty under there.
I wish Yamaha had molded a spot in on the underside of the seat for it.

I threw mine under there. Atleast until I get a bag

if u have a cold air intake - it fits right there on top of shield - i leave it in the bag so no dust.
