Front or rear mount? If front check for header cracks or leaks in the exhaust before the turbo.

it is a rear mount bender i have not checked for leakes before the turbo are you talking about a leak somewere from the motor to were it is bolted on the turbo

I just finished having problems with mine, front mount. I couldn't get the boost to come up, kept turning the wastegate rod and boost just stayed the same. Found that the header was cracked in a couple of places, worst place was the flange where the turbo mounts. Check you exhaust pipes in the tunnel. If stock pipes I've seen a couple that have broken. Do a search, someone on the site posted pictures recently on this. It was on a stock unit.

If you have the switch make sure it is open and not pluged up with crap or ice!

Pressurize your intake system, and check for leaks in the charge tubes,I had the same problem ,turns out to be a hole melted in the rubber hose next to the turbo.

make sure it is open and not pluged up with crap or ice!

Make sure the line you have running from the T at the waste gate to the switch is not kinked anywhere. Make sure its not pinched under the seat or gas tank.

Your jet must be on the turbo side off the T not the wastgate side, that is on the front mount.
