I bent my right A arm and bulkhead backing my sled in the trailer. Pretty pathetic. I will be replacing the bulkhead with a new one. Before install I want to strengthen it. I need to know who welded supports and how they did it. Any and all advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. :o|

I bent my subframe in a similar manner with my trailer. Instead, I was going forward. It was my mistake, and I have learned from it.

Grizztracks has a very nice gusset that will strengthen your subframe. I would order his before replacing your new subframe.

Can I ask how was loading in the trailer your mistake? I am getting ready to load my sled for the first time in my trailer and dont want to mess it up.

No doubt

I have ski savers and bergstrom triple point carbides attached to slydog powder hound skis. I was backing the sled into the trailer and the skis got cought on the door edge. The trailer had a thick door more so than my legend trailer. #*$&@ happens. I'm not surprised that the bulk head bent. I am surprised that the A arm twisted the way it did because the A arms are made by timbersled and they are supposed to be stronger than stock.
