lower a arm

is the lower a arm from an o8 the same as a 09 i bent mine today hope that is all that is bent appears to be

Check the part numbers in the parts fiche supplied on the Port Yamaha site, or the link supplied by this site. If the part #'s match then I'd say your golden. Most complainers on this site want to do just that, complain, rather than find a solution and help others. Hope this helps.

i did check and the numbers are slightly different but the numbers on the subframes for 08-09-10 are also different but they fit just wandering about the a-arm thought mabey someone would know .there is an 08 a-arm on ebay for alot cheaper than i can get one here its 450.00 for the arm here

I've heard very good reviews about Zbros 43" wide kit. Your stock shocks will fit. Zbros claims you must switch shocks, but that is only on the mtx. A little pricey but if I had an 08 I would definately do this mod. Even considering it on my 09 when the front end wears out! Sorry I can't help you anymore on the parts swap.
