I just added the triple points (4") to my Polaris 500 and will be adding them on the Apex (6"). I noticed on the Polaris that I needed to keep tightening or the washers between the nuts (left over from the last skegs)
were still able to rotate under the nut. It is hard to gauge how tight, too tight would be. Hope I have them on at the correct torque. Also added shims while I was at it (1/4"). Now if we could just get some snow.
Grimm, did you talk to Scott Bergstrom about the snapped bolt? He has indicated to me that he wants to know the good and the bad but particularly the bad so he can help diagnose, look at what needs to be changed, improve the product etc.
