I was just wondering the same thing. I am currently running 6" Shapers and after this year I am going to need new Carbides. Any thoughts on the Bergstrom vs others?

Best set of carbides I ever bought. Have them on both my Nytro XTX and the Phazer MTX

I'm running 8" triples on my Nytro and Venture. F**kin love them, best carbides I've tried. Feels like I'm riding on rails. I also have the ski savers and shims installed.

They match the length of the carbides with the number of studs you have installed in your tracks. The more studs the longer carbides.

I run 9in shaper but I do have the shims and they work great but I put the savers on and the sled pushed a ton in the corners so I took them back off

I have the 8" singles, great wearbar. I took the shims and savers off, made for super heavy steering. People won't believe it but my front end is completely stock other then the skegs and I have no issues with darting or pushing anymore or any less then any other brand of sled on the market.

Bergstrom carbides last at long time. I have 4100 miles on my current triple points.
