Scott's pretty much a one-man show but makes an awesome product and is well worth the wait. I know when I called to order my replacement skegs for the outsides of my Simmons, we talked for over 15 min. He's a great guy to deal with and can't say enough about his triple points; going on my third year and still looking practically new. I would suggest to keep on trying maybe even through email as I believe he checks these daily. The time I called him, the first time was busy and then the next time I got through. Maybe just pure luck.
