Just realized my stock Yammy carbides and bars are completely worn out so I need some new ones. Who's the best aftermarket company, Bergstrom or Woody's? I'm having problems finding the right bars for the Tuner skis on both websites.

Bergstrom makes some really awesome replacements for them.

I have run Woodys on my Tuners for a couple seasons.
They work great and hold up well.
I ran 4in inside and either the oem yammie carbides initially outside and then 4 on each.
I also tried 6in in and oem yammie carbide out.
The 6in are a bit much when new but about perfect once they wear in...which doesn't take long. 4in works well. I'm studded down the middle of the track.
The 6in make the steering a lil heavier. The Tuners are flat, not a rocker keel so the steering gets heavy with long carbides.
For the same reason I think the Woodys round host bar design is better suited to the Tuners...makes the initial turn effort lesser and less abrupt....the Nytro is already bad for this.
Our local trails are usually hard pack to icy with a very hard base...the Tuners work great in these conditions.
In loose snow and off trail the Tuners submarine and plow....they suck basically
.
I run Curve XS skis when I trailer to those conditions and or when we get blessed with plentiful snow
......sadly rare
This year I'm finding nothing works well for our conditions.....

I run the woodys 4 inch now in and out, Much better than the Yamaha oem. Twice the material and better bite!

I was shopping for some this spring also for my tuner skis and ended up going with the bergstrom's. I was really impressed with them and they couldn't be more helpful. Just need some snow to try them on now xD

Cool, thx boys!! I'll have to give Woody's and Bergstrom a call and compare prices. From the sounds of it, they both come recommended
I just put Woodys on my tuners. 6" and 4"

Use the same, no turning/ push issues.
Couple years use (pending snow depth & farmer's rock placement after tilling up cornfields).
