best Gearing for Stock 03 RX 1 mountain with reverce

Thinking of gearing down best ratio I do not Know any input?

I just geared mine down with reverse. I had a 22 tooth top and went to a 21. It made alot of difference! I am a mountain rider so don't really care about going over 80mph. All I know is it pulls really hard all the way through. I re-clutched with the re-gearing so not sure about just re-gearing alone. Did have to go to a 68 tooth chain though. Well worth the $160!

I had stock 21/40 with no reverse ----switched to 20/42 and it is much much better plus I didn't have to change from the 70 chain. 0-60 its very fast

I'm running 19 42 without reverse. I just picked up a reverse and bought the MPI 42 tooth reverse gear for that as well. When I get the turbo on I may go back to 20 42. Don't be afraid to gear it down lots for mountain riding.
