What are the best performance mods i can do to my new 2012 xtx? I am looking for the biggest gain possible in the mid range! Thanks in advance

I did a boss clutch kit last year and got good gains. I gained about 5 mph top end and lots of wheelie power down low and good pull to wot.
Just did a hurricane hindle kit with a little testing it is showing good gains. I have to re clutch cause I have gone from 8100 rpm to 9300 steady rev limiter.

Loudelectronics, is your clutch kit gonna be able to bring the rpms down? I have the d&f kit but I'm wanting to run a 20 top but I don't think the weights will bring it down..

Yes it can bring the RPMs down. With stock clutching and my 20 tooth I was revving out pretty good. I also lost a fair bit of top end going this way. I put the boss kit in and gained 5 mph back at 8100 rpm. Now with the Hindle full exhaust and airbox mods I am revving out again. So will need to add the heavier ball bearings to bring the revs down again.
Boss used to use the DnF's but found the super rats put more power to the ground.

A quick note about the Hindle system....it will make peak power from 8900-9200...mine runs 8960-9060 in most conditions...hits 9200 in powder...that's with Turks DnF black spring set up

2012 means your sled is new.
Start by following the break in procedure to the letter. I did, and you will see power increases all the way to 2300 Klm. The first 150 k is painful but it will pay off. My sled is stock other than 1.75 BC SB tunnel closer and SB center shock upgrade, no engine changes
and it runs with anything with exaust you need a PC on top of exaust to beat it.
