Ripntear and myself want to say thanks to everybody that showed up.I was great meeting you guys. Glad you all had a good time riding up there . The weather was awesome. For less than two weeks prep time and being late in the season it all still seemed to work out. If anything I hope you guys that came for the first time will keep coming back to ride, just make sure you let us know so we can come too.

And for the Big Dawg Shootout we had about 60 people show up.Pretty dam cool . Randy (climbmax) was there as was Brett(hope I got that right) . Want to thank Andy also for bringing the Apex out again and let people demo it up the hill. All in all it was some great hillcross action , then the guys played over on the rollercoaster. Scott was out there filming.It was all good .

Now for the results (bragging rights)

Fastest sled/Rider = Jason on Dans(Extreme Machine) turboed rx1 (Alpine turbo) on Nos.
2nd was Randy on his beast
3rd was Brett on his
(all front mounts hmmmmmmm)

Sickest rider went to Jason on his vmax with nos.He did an insane climb to the right of the rollercoaster through the rocks that started a little avalanche when he hit the point of no return but he just kept on going.Crazy

2nd went to his buddy Tim on his 800 rev on nos.He made a crazy poke to the right of the rollercoster himself.

3rd went to "Hollywood"(don`t know you real name) he did the same but had a serious side hill where we all thought it was going to let go.

SO overall the Top Dawg award goes to Jason out of Sylvain Lake ,Alberta. Congrats.

Again just want to say thanks to everybody and finally meeting some of you guys like h2oske ,Reddog,Captjacksparrow,mrmax and many more.

We also want to thank Roger for putting us up and help settting up.Also want to thank fox canada ,six six one and BGR for doing the demo on the avalanche pack.

Hope we can do this again next year.

Ken, Yup you missed a good time, yup you should try riding here, yup its probably too late. Vector motors ran good but I prefer the 4 cylinder, just like I like a V8 better than a V6.

Was a gas to head to the Ice cap and rip. Hats off to Ripntear and Harcore............they put on a great event which will grow in 2006. The two strokes that showed up didn't hang around long or just quit racing. It became a Turbofest with probably 20 boosted Yamy's in attendence..........maybe 30.
Expect to see a full field next year along with the Apex turbos doing some damage.
Jason and Tim hooked up with us and we hit Buffalo Bills in Whistler...........OMG what a time. Rode the next day in almost pure sunshine. Great way to end the weekend.

Harcore..............how you feeling after the 60 foot step up??? Harcore layed down some incredible speed to the top of the Roller coaster..........then was airborn for 60'++ into the fetal position. Hope you are OK dude.

Again want to thanks you guys for showing up and bringing the apex out. How did Andy feel about people racing up the hill on it?I was able to get a few shots of her in action.

On a different note somebody hit a white f350 on Branywine side on Saturday.He was close to the snowline.Hit his front end pretty good.If anybody was on that side from here on Sat.and have any info that would be great Thanks
