Big Lake, AK ( Oval Racing ) 1/25/09 Race #3

Wow what an action packed day of racing on Big Lake. The weather was great and the Nytro was hungry for some more of her favorite food, CHECKERED FLAG !!! The day started off with some testing and toning. Due to the weather change Ice conditions were very different and that found both Kris and Chad asking for some help from the crew chiefs, Roy and Danny. After some test laps the boys lined up for the first heat. They both got good hole shots but Kris jumped out front and after a love note from Chad to the back bumper, Kris was able to take the first heat. The open class heat was up next and Kris lead the pack for 2 laps and Chad was able to slide by in turn 2 and took the open class heat. The heat races were mainly Kris and Chad trading paint and positions all afternoon.
The boys brought there toys in and after a few turns of the wrenches it was GAME TIME !!!!
The 600 class final was up first. Kris jumped out front and lead the entire race with Chad inches from his bumper, and when I say inches I am talking few little inches. I have Film To prove It !!!!!! Kris took the checkered and was hopefull for the open class.
After and few laps by the semi-pro drivers it was show time again. This time, Kris and Chad were neck and neck the entire time. Chad and Kris were battling it out for the entire 6 laps, wow it was so awesome to watch., and film. The checkered was droped and the Nytro was the first to cross again by. Thanks for the show guys and great racing this weekend. You both are very talented and awesome sportsman. Keep up the good work.........................................................................................................I'll post some pictures when i get some from them. Kris won 5 out of 6 races that day.
