I've been doing some mods to my Phazer and decided to go all black. Still waiting on the plastics, but I finally got my a-arms and bumpers back from the powder coat shop.

What do you think?

Thanks...

Dang, I didn't know they had black plastics out. My friend is a painter. He swears he can make it stick "under normal riding style". I'm having it painted flat black and then probably going to lay graphics over the entire sled.

Looks KILLER, Post more pics when it's done.

added an Excell Exhaust pipe and Excell's new Phazer hole patch today. here's a quick vid of it on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yzgMjFW6O4
this exhaust system cut so much weight and is not noticeably louder unless getting on the gas. was pretty easy to install, too.... the hole patch piece also installs nice and gives it a clean look. still has some venting to cool. curios to see how that will be this winter.

Very nice, was thinking of going all black myself...did you mention the type of paint you used?

BTW, the seat cover...easy to install? Where did you order it?

osceolacabin - thanks. i'm not sure what type of paint is being used. i think ppg. they do offer a black set of plastics made for the 08's that you can order for around $200. I think port yamaha has a post about it. probably would be easier, cheaper and quicker to go that route....
as far as the seat cover, i ordered it from www.sledsolutions.com ($190). might want to call and check stock b4 ordering it though. it took literally months to get it.
the installation was a little tricky, i used an electric staple gun. it's the only way to go(or pneumatic)....
hope it helps.
