I am getting a stage two turbo kit from ulmer racing. I will be running a little higher boost than the regular kit. I will be running 10 lbs because I am getting a meth kit. Im not sure about turbos on snowmobiles, Ulmer says 10 lbs and below its not necessary. I thought a bov was just better for the over all turbo? Should I get one? also which one should I get, I am kinda let down because I was looking forward to having the bov sound. Figured I would ask on here what the benefits are and if its a good thing to have I am going to get one. Any recommendations?

the bov will help in reducing runon when you let off the throttle [boost keeping the throttle open] and sounds cool. the guys with the big boost use them for this purpose as well as being able to keep the turbo spooled up during the moments of on and off the throttle

I have a good understanding of turbos because of cars and what not. The bov would make the turbo last longer and even give better gas milage I would imagine? Also like you said performance wise it would help keep the turbo spooled up during on and off throttle times. I am gonna have to buy one damn......any suggestions? I did a search a found this on here seems like a good one
