MY 03 KEEPS BLOWING FUSES {ignition fuse} You can put a new fuse in and let it run forever, then when you want to go you give it gas and it blowes the fuse again and dies. try to start and it is like it has a dead battery.

You probably have a chafed wire in the harness coming off your key switch. When it rubs on the U channel supporting the steering column, it shorts and blows the fuse.

Hey Buckeye.... are you keeping track of how many times someone has asked THAT question? (No offense Snowdemon, it's very common  )
IMHO... this issue is the FIRST thing that EVERY '03 RX1 owner should take note of... it's such a small nick in the jacket and it can really spoil your day --- yet it is preventable by rerouting the ignition wire.

It sure ruined a day for me. I was alone and it was getting dark and I had a long walk to get my truck and trailer. You're right about rerouting solving the problem. This won't be the last post we'll see on this one.
