I have a RX-1 supercharged that has just blew apart. It has broke were the starter mounts to the motor.
I have not tore it completely down yet, but must have three the end rod?
Anyone else blew one there before?

had my 05 self destruct. Turned out to be rod bolts coming loose.
Yup i have blown 2 over the last 4 yrs both through a rod at the bottom end and made real nice paper wieghts.
I have blown two also,
this one is near the starter, very end cylinder. That is a first for me.
Have not taken it apart yet to look it over.
