Which part the caps or the other longer part. Have you thought of painting them.

Just buy the OEM paint and take them to a body shop like I did.

So what color were these from factory? I need to paint mine(they are really scratched up) and can't decide on whether to keep the OEM red covers, or paint silver, to match seat stripe, and skid.....Opinions??

They were silver, and the hood, key switch cover, an gas tank cover were black.
