I've ran boondocker kits for quite sometime, but have never experienced this issue. Drop me a PM with your number and I will call you later this week to troubleshot the problem...
Thanks,
Kevin

You still running the older box with the pressure transducer or the newer Ada box. When I had the older style my transducer went bad and I had all sorts of fuel issues but never the injector fault that you are seeing. I upgraded to the new box last year and it runs more consistent but I'm still not satisfied with the fuel settings I have. Have you checked all your harness connections and such? Sounds electrical if it's switching cylinders on you. Good luck. When you figure it out post the solution in case someone else has a similar issue

I to have the ADA box and have it dialed in nicely. What issues are you still experiencing?

Mostly just tying to get the fuel numbers dialed in so my ratios are good. I'm rich pretty much everywhere when the turbo isn't spooled and I'm pretty good once the boost comes on. My trail cruising mileage is less than ideal. What are your box settings? If you don't mind sharing.

boondocker
stripped all the plastics off,and started diving into it,alittle bit of spaghetti tied into for the A/F,gonna soilder up connections, gonna pull all the electrical plugs check for green and moisture, apply dielectric greese, change spark plugs for now,i am gonna check out all the CO settings,im gonna run it up so I can check the A/F and the mapping to give out more info for tuning,is there any way to check the transducer,i believe its the old ADA box,any other checks I could do would be greatly appreciateded! thanks for the help!!!
