I can remove the boot marks off my tunnel with spray nine, it works really good. Is there anyway to protect the tunnel from the scuffs left from boots? I applied a couple coats of a finishing polish to my tunnel but am still getting scuff marks / scratches in my tunnel from boots. Not really sure how it's happening since the bottom of my boots are like a foam, maybe its from the snowpants rubbing, not to sure.

What kinda boots? Our white tunnel sled doesn't get marked up with klim boots and a aggressive driver.

They are ckx taiga boots. They aren't to bad of marks yet, I just don't know if there is anything that will remove the light scuffing scratches.

My boots have actually chipped the paint. White duck tape is a near perfect color match to the white tunnel paint. I put a 3 layer strip over the ridge where my boots are ridding against the tunnel and that stopped it. Also put some on the spindles to protect from rock chips.
A non marking boot is first place to start. From there I might suggest a 3m clear protective film. Kind of like a wrap only clear. I did not do mine and may not, but if you were to do this you could just replace as it abrades.

Ya I was able to get the black boot marks off, the only thing I can't get out is the scratches in the white tunnel. I have been looking at a tunnel wrap. Has anyone ever installed one like this? The only thing I wonder is about it going over the raised section and the rivets on the tunnel, all the other tunnel wraps I have seen people install are cut into sections, this one is all one piece. I contacted the seller and he said when you install it to use a heat gun over the raised section on the tunnel and over the rivets and it will for tight to them, but I don't know.

The wrap will not stay around all the raised sections on the tunnel. I used a heat gun, but the next day it was lifting org the valleys between the raised sections and the flat part of the tunnel....white duct tape is still a very good option.
Oh really that's to bad, the seller was saying they would, I thought the tunnel wraps looked pretty cool, but they can't look the greatest if they start lifting or bubbling up. So your not very satisfied with the tunnel wrap? Did you end up taking it off the sled, nice looking sled btw!

Thanks....No it's still on, I put it on Sunday. If they would of made it twice as thick it would adhere better to the tunnel. I'm gonna run it the rest of the winter since it's already on.
