Boss Seat Question

If there is one thing about my Nytro that I had to complain about, it would be the seat. It is just too firm for my liking.

I've been looking at the Boss seats. If I were to go that route I would get one that is the same height at my stock seat. But those of you that have ridin a Boss seat, what can you tell me about them? Would it be a little softer than my stock seat? What other advantages would I get from one of these seats?
