Brighter Headlights or Accessory Driving Lights

I bought a set and the box says the wattege is 60/55. not 55/65. and they are HALOGEN NOT XENON.

the ones i put in on mine where 65/80. works great.

Were they Silverstar Halogen or Xenon?

Is that on an Apex or RX1. I don't think the Apex has any electrical output to spare.
