My last ride last season ended with a broken rear axel, is this something that happens sometimes?
I have extended the skid to 144" with 1.5" lugs and new drivers, the track was tight at the start, but after a few miles it was loose and had to be tighten.

we have bent a few in my family from jumping but never have broken one. did you have the 4th wheel kit on it?

If you reassembled with a washer in the wrong place the track will loosen up when riding. When you tightened it the stress snapped the axel. Been there,done that with my Apex.
