Looking for some help. Broke the lower ear that secures the lower A-arm on the throttle side of my 05 Vector. I am installing the Barn of Parts bulkhead repair. Problem is that the hole that accepts the threaded end of the bolt on the repair kit is quite warped. The bushing seems quite loose to me so I am afraid the A-arm will have some play in it and fail/cause further problems. Is there a way to repair that, or some other solution. I am a bit of a newby (first year with Yamaha sled, second sled ever), with just enough mechanical skills to get in trouble. Has anyone run into this and found a solution. Thanks.

Thanks. I have a message in to him, but it is Christmas weekend and not sure if he will be available for Q & A. I just thought I would see what is out here for possible solutions.

Travis got back to me and suggested that I pop the bushing back in and fill in the gaps with JB Weld. I am going to give that a try.
