Cable routing question ?

While installing a 1" riser I noticed that only the throttle cable is routed through that gold colored curved cross-over piece that goes from one front handle bar bolt to the other. Should the parking brake cable, choke cable and wiring harness go through there as well ???

For sure it seems that the wiring harness should go through it because when it is on the outside it really gets stressed on a tight turn.

I removed that gold clip when I added my riser. I saw not reason that it could not be removed

Mine got recycled too right into the trash. I really dont think you could fit all the wires into that especially cause of the big plugs on the ends. :?:
