6 to 8 inches of heavy wet snow fell in the last 2 days should be good time for the weekend, roads are a sheet of ice so lookout for the other guy.

Did 220 today rode up to Kaleva and Beulah ,trails were turning to slush and showing dirt in the corners ,Cadillac trails seemed to be better due to there width, should be good to go but after saturday it could be limited to the forest roads and the lakes for the rest of the season.
Grooming will come to a end if the temps stay above freezing at night due to the snow hanging up in the blades of the drag.

We rode Monday thru yesterday and the trails were just about as good as they were the first week of December, however, the corners and twisty trails in the woods were already becoming slushy and snirty yesterday afternoon. The groomers have been running hard to keep the bumps down but with the rising temps the trails will probably be shot by tomorrow or Sunday for sure. This was probably the last hurrah.
