My sled is ratcheting to an unaccpetable level even with the track piano wire tight and WAYYYY tighter than spec.
So im going to get some extroverts, and the only extroverts I can get are weeks away due to being back ordered, and we have tons of snow here! Anyways, I can get a LH sprocket that is 1.060" and a RH that is 1.000" right now. Will I be able to press it onto the shaft which is larger than 1.000"?

What size extroverts are for the apex shaft?
There's a detailed post on extroverts in the Turbo/SC section - sticky at the top of the page.

Ratcheting is usually a sign of something else being wrong. You should go through all the bushings -- make sure they aren't excessively worn, check the arms, make sure there aren't any cracks.

I'm looking at an add for the Wahl Bros. drivers in High Performance Engineering's '09 Catalog that specifically states that "for an extra tight fit, 1" hex can be installed on a 1 1/16" shaft".
That's not the first time I've seen that info, just the handiest when I started looking.

This summer and fall, I actually took the skid out twice in total and went through the entire thing. All my bearings and bushings are perfect. In fact, the pto side drive axel bearing is brand new. Only things I can think of is that the new cobra doesnt want to spin like the ripsaw, so extra resistance is helping it ratchet. Also, my limiter strap is set all the way out and I have the transfer rod out.
The extroverts I was thinking of using are kimpex extroverts where its just the extrovert part, kind of like sprockets on an elan. They work perfect on local turbos but kimpex's quality is usually garbage and I dont want the tighter fitting extrovert to crack or anything.

The 1" Whal's press on fine.
The Attak has been know to ratchet. I had the same probs as you. The Extro's took care of it.
