After my sled has sat for more than 2 days. It seems to not have any fuel. It wont start and takes quite some time to get it started. Did alot of blowing into the tank. No help. we almost ran the battery down. we left it for about 10 minutes to get some jumper cables and when we got back it started rite up. was a little rough runnijng at firstthen cleaned up. i can ride the rest of the day with no problems. Checked the TPS and it is good. This has happened 3 times now, and it leaves us scratching our heads. anyone got any ideas. Im wondering if it is the fuel pump.

Mine did the same thing. In fact, many of my motorsports toys do the same. My TTRs are horrible for this.

Anymore, if I haven't started a machine in a while I give it a shot or two of spray carb cleaner directly into the airbox before attempting to start the machine. It works very well. The sled will run on carb cleaner for just a little bit and by then it sucks enough fuel back into the system to run normally after one or two shots of carb cleaner.

Why they do this, I don't know. My Yamaha Wolverine 450 starts right up all the time. Go figure.
