I am going to sync my carbs with a Edelbrock vacuum type synchronyzer that will only monitor one carb at a time. I have the instructions and it sounds fairly simple, I was wondering if anyone has used these and would have any helpful hints. Thanks.

Doing all 4 or 3 cylinders at the same time is better.

The Motion Pro manometers are backordered until March! Perhaps a guage type would be better than doing each cylinder one at a time. You will probably end up running out of fuel before you finish.
